In-Store
Excluding the items* below, Kevins will refund or exchange any unused products returned within 28 days (for in-store purchases) OR 14 days (for On-line purchases), with proof of purchase, in it’s original packaging with labels attached (where applicable) and in the ORIGINAL RESALEABLE condition.
*EXCLUDED FROM REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
Socks / tights / swimwear / drinking bottles/
Shirts / Blouses if opened
USED/WORN GOODS – COMPLAINTS
Complaints on worn/used goods will take a minimum of 14 days to resolve, as these will be sent to the manufacturer for appraisal. If they accept liability we will gladly replace the item, if the correct receipt is produced.
